Wir waren für 12 Tage da, der Service war super, die Zimmerteinigung war auch sehr gut. Man hat immer Liegen am Pool oder Strand bekommen. Wir waren im familiezimmer untergebracht. Die Kinderbetten waren nicht sehr toll. Der Rutschenpark war sehr toll.man konnte vom Pool direkt dorthin kommen. Den Strand fand ich nicht so toll. Es war nur ein kleiner Beteich, wo man ins Meer konnte. Und es war Stein Sandstrand kenne ich so von Ägypten nicht. Der Steg zum schnorcheln war gut nur die Leute können nicht in von out unterscheiden. Die Sicht ist leider nicht so gut nur wenn man etwas weiter rausschwimmt. Man sieht einiges an schönen Fische, Schildkröten usw. Es gibt aber bessere hotels wo man schnorcheln kann Die Animation war sehr nett und das Programm war ok. Die Shows Abends fanden wir so lala. Essen im Restaurant fanden wir nicht so gut. Es gab fast immer das gleiche, wenig Abwechslung Der Service war super sowie die zimmerreinigung.

Ein toller Urlaub wo das Hotel nicht überfüllt war. Unser Sohn und wir trotzdem Spaß hatten und mit dem Preis leistungsverhaltnid sehr zufrieden waren

Parto col dire che è da anni che veniamo qua, bello il posto come sempre, si differenzia, lo staff veramente gentile e amichevole, per qualsiasi problema ti trovano la soluzione, gli animatori sono bravi, ottime persone,il cibo per i miei gusti alcuni giorni è ripetitivo, ma può starci perché Comunque c’è molta gente e molti bambini, trovi Comunque una varietà di scelta, ora vorrei partire nominando alcuni nomi, Bebo uno degli animatori è stato bravo nei nostri confronti, è bravo con le persone, anche mohamed ottimo animatore interagisce con le persone, le ragazze pure come Charlotte super carina e gentile, Kareem è un cameriere che ora lavora al ristorante italiano è stato fantastico quando siamo ritornati e ci ha visti, bella persona, merita di più. Osman pure cameriere che lavora al ristorante principale è sempre col sorriso, lavora duro ed è bravissimo, da anni che è li e ci mette passione, merita molto, davvero, è bravo. Karem maneger del ristorante è una delle persone più brave, è doveroso al suo lavoro, si impegna ci mette passione, ti aiuta sempre per qualsiasi cosa, è veramente un bravissimo maneger, perché in altri paesi i maneger stanno lì a guardare e a non fare nulla, invece Karem è a lavorare insieme agli altri dipendenti,complimenti a Karem. Eid il barman dal bar, ragazzo molto calmo, a disposizione e bravo nel suo mestiere, ottima persona con cui parlare e scherzare, provate i suoi drink. / Let me start by saying that we've been coming here for years. The place is beautiful, as always, and stands out. The staff are truly kind and friendly, and they find a solution to any problem. The entertainers are excellent, great people. The food is repetitive some days, for my taste, but that's okay because there are lots of people and lots of children. You'll find a variety of choices. Now I'd like to start by naming a few names: Bebo, one of the entertainers, was great with us, he's great with people. Mohamed, an excellent entertainer, interacts with people. The girls, too, like Charlotte, are super nice and kind. Kareem, a waiter who now works at the Italian restaurant, was fantastic when we came back and saw us. He's a great guy, he deserves better. Osman, also a waiter, who works at the main restaurant, is always smiling, works hard, and is excellent. He's been there for years and puts passion into it. He deserves a lot, really, he's good. Karem, the restaurant manager, is one of the best people in the business. He's dedicated to his job, committed, passionate, and always helps you with anything. He's truly a great manager, because in other countries, managers just sit there and watch, doing nothing. Instead, Karem works alongside the other employees. Kudos to Karem. Eid, the bartender, is a very calm, helpful, and skilled bartender. He's a great person to chat with and joke around with. Try his drinks.
